Litigation Associate
Our client is a growing national law firm focused on creditors' rights, commercial collections, and financial services litigation. The firm represents a diverse client base that includes banks, credit unions, finance companies, and other lending institutions, handling matters ranging from pre-suit collections through post-judgment enforcement across multiple jurisdictions.
The firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its Atlanta office. This role offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, frequent court appearances, and the opportunity to oversee matters from initial filing through final resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Qualified candidates should be actively licensed in Georgia and bring at least three years of litigation experience. Additional state bar admissions are a plus, and while experience in creditors' rights, collections, or financial services litigation is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will possess strong courtroom and oral advocacy skills, excellent legal writing and communication abilities, and a proven capacity to manage a high-volume caseload while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Atlanta, Georgia, offering a competitive base salary of $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
